Ah the joys of starting classes again! It's normal for me to not look forward to classes again after winter break, and being in beautiful Costa Rica makes it EVEN HARDER!!
So far, I've have had my four hour Spanish immersion class this morning. I'm enrolled in the basic Spanish class because although I have taken a couple years of Spanish, I never retained it, and I can't always understand it when spoken, much less speak it. So I'm looking forward to learning very quickly thanks to this class!

This morning as I was leaving for class, one of our homestays family dog, Luna, was being extra cute! She has the most beautiful eyes I've ever seen on a dog. They're not to clear in this photo, but just know, there are many more to come!
One of my roommates, Cami, and I are going running shortly. Go us! With a trip to the beach coming this weekend, we gotta get into somewhat shape! Not looking forward to the hills, but hey, who are you if you don't push yourself? I mean, that's what I'm here. I'm pushing myself to learn a new language, culture, and make new friends, why not add running up steeps hills to that?
